Across dozens of projects, we’ve collaborated with Hungarian SMEs and industrial partners. Our work has included delivering custom software, AI solutions, and automated systems to address manufacturing, logistics, and administrative challenges. Below are a few examples.

Home-base – AI-powered custom furniture design platform
Customers often found it difficult to visualize and compare custom furniture designs, while the quoting process was manual and time-consuming.
A web-based platform was developed where customers can choose their ideal furniture design based on a variety of AI-generated visual concepts. The system provides automatic cost estimates using a custom pricing logic, supported by a built-in AI assistant throughout the process.

Machine learning–powered production analysis and feedback
Continuous analysis of signals and data generated during the production process to increase productivity and predict potential issues.
Signals from existing and retrofitted sensors are collected by a central system, where machine learning algorithms analyze the data. The system predicts potential issues, optimizes operations, and, when necessary, interacts with the control system while also sending SMS and email notifications.

Inventory management and production support system
The internal logistics of raw materials and semi-finished products were handled manually and prone to errors; inventory movements were not traceable, and there was no integration with production data.
A web-based inventory management system was developed for internal logistics staff. The platform allows users to post, move, verify, and even compare inventory. The system suggests the optimal shelf location and links inventory data directly to production preparation.

Working time tracking and
employee portal
Traditional working time and leave tracking systems are often hard to oversee, and there’s no unified platform for keeping employees informed.
A compact, centralized employee portal was developed to simplify working time and leave administration. The system allows for publishing updates, sharing internal announcements, and providing fast, streamlined data entry options.

Worktime tracking and event management
During production processes, it’s essential to accurately track both human and machine resources allocated to each task, as well as events such as errors or downtimes.
We developed an online interface for employees that enables real-time completion of work orders and logging of production errors and events. The system supports BDE (Betriebsdatenerfassung)‑based reporting and analysis.

OEE measurement integrations
Measuring the efficiency (OEE) of an existing production line, with a focus on downtime and equipment usage — all without modern machine control systems.
We retrofitted sensors and an IoT edge device to collect production data in real time. The information is visualized on an online analytics dashboard, displaying OEE metrics. In case of system errors, the platform sends immediate SMS and email notifications. SMS és e-mail értesítést küld.
